During last years visit to Taiwan I could not resist bringing back one of the ugliest soft drinks that I have seen, the drink has a marble stuck inside in the cap for its targeted market (not me). I did not drink it because it was over the due by date (assumption) and smelt like vinegar with a hint of bleach (toxic).

Over the last couple of months I have been drinking Basil Seed Drink with Honey from Thai Top Choice. If you happen to pass an Asian specialty store check out these tadpole-like seeds! Do not be put off by the appearance, give your Coke and Pepsi-generation palates a makeover. The seeds are soft in consistency, and have a texture similar to watermelon.
Do not be afraid of the store owner, they might stare at you when you enter the store, this may happen due to the rarity of us foreigners venturing into their drink fridge. If your lucky enough to find these basil seeds on their own, then your on your way to mixing and matching all sorts of healthy concoctions.
