Food co-ops are popping up all over Australia. They have been set up by individuals, community groups and charities. They buy in bulk and sell for less. So this could be a new sales channel for beverage companies to sell their products. The economic outlook for Australia is looking pretty scary and the cost of doing business in traditional channels is costly in comparison to selling to a new generation of shoppers that are looking at co-ops and bulk buying opportunities.
